Value Add: Evanisko attempted multiple year negotiations with cell tower company to enable for the devevelopment of townhomes or alternative forms of housing and massing configurations to avoid transmission conflicts to no avail. Evanisko ultimately represented Seller in a transaction to a Plant Nursery operator who would leverage SBA financing to acquire the property.
