Frank began his career in real estate handling Los Angeles property acquisitions for a leading infill multifamily developer. During his tenure he gained an acute awareness of the overlay of the city as well as the development/entitlement process. Frank then founded Evanisko Realty and Investment, Inc. out of a realization that there was a substantial demand for owners of underutilized property to have competent broker representation. Having both development and brokerage experience coupled with an undying work ethic, Frank has come to be regarded as a highly valuable transaction facilitator to both Sellers and Buyers of land and commercial property in the Los Angeles area. Frank graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business where he enjoyed a stint on the USC men's basketball team as a walk-on shooting guard during the 1999-2000 season. Frank became one of the most efficient players in the school's history by scoring a total of two points in just 30 seconds of play.
